Skwoosh Lumbar Back Cushion to Reduce Back Pain with Gel and Breathable Mesh | Orthopedic Therapeutic Design to Support Lower Back

This is a great lumbar back cushing. Having two herniated disks (L1 and L2), I was looking for a lumbar cushing to relieve back pain and make me more comfortable while sitting for hours in a chair and on an airplane. This cushion is well made, breaths well, and folds for easy carry and storage. I carry it in my book backpack. But most importantly the lumbar pillow on the cushion are perfectly placed and have a nice firm but squishy feeling being filled similarly to a mousepad rest. It does not have a strap to keep it in place which is a small drawback when using it on an office chair. However, I placed it on my chair and it relieved my back pain and met my expectations. Not really sure what the small loops found on each side are for - perhaps to connect to your own strap. If so, they should have been made with cordura webbing. An optional strap that could be adjusted with velcro would be a nice touch, and is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. I forgot mine on the plane and will definitely be purchasing another one soon.

The lumbar cradle is very effective; if the attachment band was a 1/2 inch adjustable strap stitched to the pad, this would have earned 5 stars.

This went back immediately. It was too small and too firm.
