If you are just starting out or are a leather craftsman by trade, this kit ticks all the marks for essential items in a leather craftsman’s kit. I have several of these kits because it never hurts to have a backup. However the durability of the tools have proven, I may never need a back up. Good quality has good tools

Being new to leather working, this kit provided the tools and materials, such as the thread, to get started on my first project. There are many other tools needed for fancier, more decorative work but this product will let you learn to make good and sturdy items. And the price makes it a real value. Just add the leather. It would be fine for youngsters and certainly does the job for this old guy.
