There is a collar that I couldn't see before I bought it. The sleeves have a cute little tie on them that I adore!

Poor Craftsmanship
The part that ruins this dress is the craftsmanship. The seem where the top attaches to the bottom is like a tiny pleat but it's not sewn well so it sticks out and up.
