These cartons of Frito are the same as we have used in Spain and although pricey ( I understand they ane imported) my grandson loves the taste as do we! They are so convenient for making a quick tasty pasta sauce

Perfect Sauce
Only tomato sauce our son will eat. Tried on holiday. Can use for cooking or just warm up and use as side sauce for dipping/mixing meals.

Same as Heinz
Made by Heinz according to the packaging and the same as the Heinz Frito that they sold for a time in the UK but was then discontinued despite it being popular. A very good frito. Not only good for Spanish cooking but also ideal for sweeter curry sauces such as tikka masala. It also works great in homemade sweet and sour sauce. The price is reasonable considering it is an import.

Perfect bolognese
I was recommended Tomate frite by a friend who uses recipe meal kits. Previously I used tinned chopped tomatoes but switched to this, my bolognese has a richer fuller flavour. Plain chopped tomatoes is a healthier option as the tomate frite the tomatoes are fried and there is added sugar. I buy in bulk and as with everything this price has gone up considerably.
