Tailored them -- perfecto
I often take my pants to the drycleaners to get altered (whether it's to hem or take them in/out). The fact that I took them to be tailored is not a negative for me -- it was expected.I did that with these just so that they would have the silhouette I was looking for. These are not stretchy, so keep that in mind in case you do have them altered.Beyond that, these are fantastic pants. Truly wrinkle-proof.OFFICE SETTING or CHURCH: Worn with a button down and cardigan or fleece.WEDDING: Paired with a dress shirt, tie, sports jacket, and loafersCASUAL SETTING: Worn with a collegiate pullover and sneakers.Versatile, classic, and stylish.

Good work or play pants
These pants are exactly what you see: Solid straight pants. Nothing flashy. A little stiff, but not as much as a new pair of Dickies. At 6’2”, 180- these were a little short, but I’m a little tall. I’d still rock these for messing around if I still skated or needed work pants. They are definitely durable. All I’m saying is I would not pick them for a night out dancing if I wanted my legs to look good.

Good quality, great price
I have another pair of these pants in a different color. They felt and fit perfect. This new pair felt a bit tight in the waist but okay. Overall, I'm very pleased.

good look for an amazing price
I love that these pants come with short length options. I bought them for my Dad who has gotten shorter with age but looks great in these slim profile pants. He's so happy with them that I bought him a second pair and they are his favorite pants now. The price is unbeatable.

Pretty good pants for the price
My son ordered these for me to wear at their Hawaiian wedding which will be casual. I usually buy relaxed fit and it makes everything fit better, I am a fairly big guy 6'1" 270 lbs. so I have large legs and the relaxed fit really come in handy for me. These are not relaxed fit and so we ordered the next waist size larger than I normally buy when I get the relaxed fit size and the waist is pretty good, but the legs are tight and I feel like I am walking around in leotards which makes me feel kinda stupid. The pants look good I like the style and color but I am just a hard guy to fit. If you have normal to skinny legs these should fit you fine. One negative, was that the button above the zipper was not attached very well and my wife will have to resew it on better. Basically the pants are OK I can handle being uncomfortable for a few hours at their wedding and wear the pants he wants me to wear then hopefully never wear them again.

These pants are great
I love chinos, but I’m a 35 waist, or as my wife say 34 coming 36 going, I’ve got an “athletic” butt, lots of leg workouts. i have shopped several different brands, RVCA, Volcom, Levis, etc. they either offer 34 or 36 and nothing in the middle. I was surprised when I saw Amazon Essential Chinos in 35. Being as they were 22$ i didnt expect much but i was wrong, great fit and a great poly cotton fabric, the only way they could be better is if they add just a bit of stretch, either way good value couldn’t be happier.. oh yeah i bought 4 other pairs in different colors and they all fit good.

Good work pants
I got this pants cuz I didn’t want black jeans to work and wanted something less casual.

Never got the right colour
Really nice trousers for the price that fit beautifully. Better yet, they have the rarest of sizes - the elusive 35” waist for blokes who are happy to put it away at Christmas but aren’t yet ready to admit they’re 36s. The only issue - and it’s quite a big one - is that you cannot get the colour you ordered: I ordered navy… taupe arrived. I kept them as they are, as I said above, great trousers and - who knows? - Putin is being a muppet and I might need to go camo. I ordered navy again… taupe arrived… again. I sent them back, without any trouble, and ordered navy. It was a matter of principle now. Who wants two taupes? I wanted my mundane blue work trousers, not a colour that would have a colleague shouting, “All right, chinos?!” at me across the premises. Certainly not twice a week. Anyway… black has just arrived and I admit defeat. I’ll keep them though. As I have mentioned a few times, they really are very nice trousers for the price.

Amazing Trousers for the Price.
I tried a few different sizes of these trousers and eventually settled on 34/29. I initially ordered in my usual jeans size (32/30) but were way too tight in the waist and a little long in length. My advice therefore is to order your normal trouser size not jean size. There is no adjustment or stretch in the material. The light grey colour looks smart. They are made of an extremely comfortable lighter weight material - great for the summer. I am very pleased with these trousers and they are amazing for the price. The only negative comment I would make is that I would not describe them as wrinkle resistant. Highly recommended but be careful with the sizing.

A perfect fit
Surprisingly it has been hard finding Chinos in high street stores recently, especially my size. When I saw this product and the price I thought it was worth a risk and it certainly was.Normally, when buying men's trousers, including Chinos I find it a little tedious as they normally go up in waist size by 2" increments and the leg lengths are always an odd number which also goes up in 2" increments. When I buy trousers I usually have to compromise a little as the leg length is usually a 29" or a 31" with nothing in between. So, I have to either have trousers that are slightly too short, around ankle length or a little too long.As for the waist, it's usually either a tight 32" or a loose 34".I was recently 34" but have lost a little weight recently as I am off on my travels soon and that means I am likely to either lose a little more or go back to 34", most likely the later. These Chinos are a ferfect fit for me, at the moment. They are not tight nor are they loose and the leg length is perfect. By having between sizes I believe Amazon have hit a niche market that has had a lot of demand for too long. I'm not worried if I gain a little whilst away as these won't get too tight, which they would if I got a pair of trousers that were 32" and yet I am not concerned if I lose a little more as they won't get too loose as they would had I got a pair of 34".The quality of the material and stitch is as good as I would expect from any pair of Chinos, in fact they are as good as I recently bought from a high street store and at around 40% less price.I bought four pairs of these Chinos, in different colours and each pair fits almost exactly the same, the quality and appearance is identical so I do like them as out of the four pairs I have found no faults whatsoever. When buying a number of the same items I normally find that there are slight differences. Trouser leg pengths and waist sizes can differ and do, even with the same brand and style. These Chinos look good, they feel good and they are a good fit. They are good quality and very good value so I am recommending them.

Great value
Brought for playing golf in and therefore wasn't expecting anything special for the price. However really surprised when arrived (which didn't take long) as really nice quality. As advertised as 'slim', I thought they might be a little narrower bottoms but hang well and not a problem. Slightly tight around the waist although this might be down to me putting on some during 'lockdown'. Would suggest that if in doubt go for waist size an inch bigger.Generally well pleased and would use again without hesitation.

not much room to move in
The build quality is good and length and waist are a good fit , however for me there no room to move, I have to get up and down a lot at work, and these just won't let me, seem to be a bit tight around the backside so they tug at you each time you move up and down.
