Ghirardelli White Chocolate Candy Making & Dipping Bar 2.5lb.

The Ghiradelli white and double chocolate are my favorite for making candy molds,chocolate pretzals,chocolate lollipops, chocolate bark with rice crispies, nuts and more. The Sam's I buy this from only sells this once a year and this year they sold out by December 1. I needed more and could not find it at local stores. I purchased this chocolate to make some special homemade candies during the holidays. Of course, I had to use restraint so I didn't "taste" it all up before I made the recipe.

great product, astronomically priced, but you pay what you have to to get product you need, will buy from Sam's during holiday season, and stock up

I used this to decorate some Rice Krispies treats. The white chocolate is creamy and delicious. My son loved it. One drawback was that it comes in one huge slab and you have to cut the bars. Also wish the packaging was re-sealable. Overall it was a great price.

I use this to make peppermint bark every XMAS. It is really good. Just melt it and add some crushed candy cane. Spread it out on a cookie sheet to harden; then break it apart.

be aware that it is more like candy melts than white chocolate, but it does a really nice job for coating and mixing with dried fruits.

I have been trying to find the white chocolate for my baking needs and found it. As expected, shipped on time and great value.
