Bad radio reception and software freezes up sometimes
Has very bad radio reception, and is also freezing up sometimes to the point that the only solution is disconnect all power.

Has no power-off storage.
Well, this used to have a lot more reviews and they all vanished. Mine won't store stations at all. Randomly decides what mode it will start in as well. The camera works when I added a relay to power it from a different 12V line. Also forgets what country it is in every time I turn it off. If you turn it on to Accessory and let it boot up then start the car later it will wipe its memory as well. I ordered the wiring kit for my car and made sure they were all correct. It's not something like ACC and VIN being reversed. I was offered $5 off for the trouble of it being defective.

Reviews deleted and product is horrible Buyer Beware
At first it was all 5 star reviews when I purchased this. Not many reviews however so I took a chance for 60 dollars. It had terrible instructions to install but youtube made it easier. Then the back up camera went out in a few days and the time would not keep. I went back to the site and it had all bad reviews. The good ones were gone. I wrote a review about that, today I checked on the site and now my 1 star review is gone. There is definitely;y a scam going on here. Buyer Beware

How it works...
Can't get the volume knob or the buttons to change songs. Nothing on the face works. Only the touch screen which is a little aggravating when your driving and cant turn the volume.and can't get the remote to work. I asked a question but have yet gotten an answer...
