Some parts of the housing was slightly warped due to the way everything was pack also there were some black spots in the inner parts of ths housing also fealls cheap in the hand

Well it arrived in two weeks which is great. But the problem i had was that the case parts were different shades of white. The shell went together pretty well. But you have to use the parts that it comes with for the most perfect fit. it doesn't come with a circle pad though which kinda sucks. Mine was a little bit worn and would look better with a new one. Doesn't really come with a guide. But it does give you webpage to redirect you to ifixit. Which you kinda have to follow backwards to rebuild your 3ds. Pretty simple to do this process just make sure your remember how you took apart your 3ds in the first place and you should be fine

This kit is an excellent replacment. I chose this color because it never came to the US. All the pieces worked and fit accordingly. Warning: shell swapping or replacement is NOT easy. If you are planning on attempting this be ready to watch youtube videos over and over. Also, be patient. It may take several sessions. I had to step away several times. This will help you not get frustrated, rush and accidentally break a ribbon cable(happened to me). The shell looks very clean, the only thing I wish is that there would be a couple of extra parts for things like the lower screen border(hard to line up and can take a couple of attempts). Otherwise this shell is excellent if you have a banged up shell or you just want a different color.
