It wakes up the energizer bunny in me while on the treadmill.I take this pre-workout https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ATYWQXK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 and use this in my refuel bottle.The mango-strawberry does not taste anything like mangoes or strawberries but in a 24oz bottle, it tastes pretty decent.I do IF (intermittent fasting) and since it is rather sweet, the combat the insulin surge I work the window of my workout during the fast breaking hours. Somewhere along the line it worked out for me.A few months ago I tore/hurt my TFL and my running just had to stop. Acupuncture, PT, Yoga, Sauna - infrared and other, didn't help. But its the BCAA magic and I am back up to half my goal of 15-17 miles a week. No neck and tension headaches after HIIT workouts, not headaches since. No consummate exhaustion as the day progresses. No post-workout pain and recovery, period.As I grow older, I realize I cannot get fit to stay fit without these supplements.At some point, I might stop, but for now these give me just the right push.

I’m not a fan of artificial fruit flavors, however, this tastes really good (Mixed Berry), it has a sugary taste but the label doesn’t say how much sugar it contains, that would be good to know. I like that this is a BCAA with a 2:1:1 proportion with at least 3g of L-Leucine in addition to other cool add ons suchs as the L-Taurine for a standard market price. Not 100% if this has sugar added (which is not totally bad as it increases insuline production before working out) which is a downside, but will probably buy again.

Mts Nutrition is my go to for most supplements. Machine fuel is definitely one of those supplements. I have been taking bcaas for long time and I am a firm believer in them so why not get them from the man that brought them to the market? Not only does Machine Fuel taste great but the price is unbeatable for the quality. You can’t go wrong. Also just out Tiger Fitness if Amazon is out of stock on flavor. Enjoy!!

A great amino source that doesn't sour my stomach. I've used so many brands and this is the only one that doesn't cause heartburn. Great tasting and you can use it on an empty stomach.

Taste is amazing, and does its job as an intra workout. Would recommend based on taste alone. Marc makes a good product

All the obvious (good)stuff about MTS products applies here too but this is the first bcaa i’ve had that doesn’t leave a sickeningly sweet/sucralose aftertaste in my mouth for hours. I like the addition of coconut water powder in a pre/inter workout, makes sense.It does have a tiny bit of powder that doesn’t dissolve, but isn’t clumpy and didn’t bother me at all. There’s extra chemicals supp companies add to get that to go away, I’d rather have a few floaties.

This is a definite must! It taste just like lemonade. It gives me the energy in the gym that I need. I’m about to order another one

This stuff is delicious and high quality. BCAAs necessity are debatable, but if you have the spare cash and like to sip on something during a workout, you will enjoy this.
