Yes, just do lots of research regarding KETO. And watch your carbs. I try to keep carbs under 20 a day, drink lots of water. I am a <40 year old male, Went from 215lbs to 150lbs in one year. SlimFast is expensive, but it’s very good. Choc-o-Rite brand is the best, bust very difficult to find and more expensive

Q: Can you taste the vitamins in the shake? I hate it when I can taste that.

I couldn't taste anything other than chocolate. It was a pretty good shake. I just wish there were more servings in a container.
