Good book with illustrations that can easily be followed. Did take along time to arrive. Slightly bent upon arrival but not a gift so ok.

That’s what I want to have: less difficult text, more pictures showing how to do it.I would recommend this book to anyone who knows nothing about massage just like me and wants to learn it for themselves and their loved ones.
