This journal is so cute, but my 7YO broke the lock after locking/unlocking it 3-4 times. Too bad!

I bought this diary for a third grader I'm mentoring. She loved it! She loves playing with the sequins and showed me how she could write the first letter of her name in cursive on its front. I said it was supposed to relieve stress, and she told me it already had. She also loved the idea of putting her photos in it. She said she had received a Polaroid camera for her birthday, and now she had a place to keep her photos--the diary comes with several photo corners for sticking them in place. A great little diary! And its a bonus that you can choose the color. I chose blue, because I knew it was her favorite color.

I looked at several diaries before purchasing this one. None came close to being as special as this one.

This was a gift for my 9 yr old DD. She requested a journal with a lock. Who knew it'd be hard to find in a store?! I actually stop in a Five store and ordered this and, thankfully, it was one day shipping. She loved it! It's made well and is pretty.

I have 2 girls who thought this was the best. It’s like any girls diary.
