The media could not be loaded.  Anchor worked perfect! Tampa Bay with a 19 foot boat! Too much anchor for the boat but that’s was the point! 2.5lb - 5lb is recommended....... if you want to try more than 3 times to anchor downBuy the 10lb and put a 3 foot chain with rope! Works great. It held us under the high current skyway bridge

Use this in my 12ft aluminum boat. Have used it many times with 3 people and fully loaded gear. Held us pretty good against some decent winds. Using 6ft of chain with it too.

Item, if it was packaged correctly for shipment, would be fine. The one I ordered came bare, in a standard box, with no padding of any sort to keep it from banging around inside the box until it tore the box open, and then banged the soft plastic coating off on various parts of the anchor in transport. Come on guys, a 15 pound anchor has to be padded somewhat. So I then had to buy some rustolium and spray the bare spots in hopes of it not immediately rusting and being a mess. This style of actor holds better than most. I have another one I like very much. It's almost the same as this one. Heavy but works very well.

This anchor is a great value. For the money it is the best out there. I was looking for an anchor for my 18 ft. boat and kept seeing prices double what this costs. Well packaged upon arrival too.

Awful, awful product. I thought, "its an anchor, how bad could they mess it up?". Pretty badly apparently. It does not weigh 10lbs as described, it doesn't look galvanized(its spray painted with silver paint), the welds are terrible, and most importantly; the flukes are not aligned. Not even close. So basically the anchor is useless. They are about 1.5 inches off, and it has two flukes from the same side. They flipped a left fluke and welded it on the right. So one fluke as the angle iron facing up, the other facing down. Children could make a better product, Pay more money and don't waste your time. All the negative reviews are dead on.

This anchor worked perfectly on my 17’ Princecraft in Lake Nipissing. Held my boat even in strong winds. So easy to use and doesn’t take up much space. Just be sure to use 4’ of chain with this anchor. I highly recommend

It’s an anchor. You attach a line and secure to your boat. You drop it over and let it hit the bottom. It does what anchors are supposed to do. It secured my 16’ bow rider with ease. I lost my 25 lb anchor and this one does just as good. Vinyl coating will prevent rust I hope.

Needs to have a chain to set properly. I use a 4’ chain on mine. Once it’s set it work well.
