So, we didn’t buy these for their original use. We run a small cleaning business that deals predominantly with end of tenancy cleans. We frequently have the issue where the freezer has been switched off and left to defrost meaning the bottom is full of water with no way of removing it other than paper towels or cloths - both are time consuming and the paper towels are an expensive solution. Instead, one of these sachets is enough to almost solidify about a litre or so of water allowing the resulting gel to be scooped out by hand in a few seconds, then just a quick wipe over to remove any straggling crystals is all that is needed.

Regular order for use with urine bottles. Do the job and save unwanted spills.

Have used these in our campervan for years. Best ones on the market. 1 sachet is usually enough, but 2 for early morning. Sometimes you do get burst ones in the box, so we decant them into a zip lock bag to prevent clumping.

This works really well. We use 2 sachets per wee stop and it absorbs liquid really well. The only downside is that it was not packaged at all. I was out when it arrived and a neighbour took it in for me. I was so embarrassed that it was not in a bag or box! Everyone knew exactly what it was! For that reason, not sure if I would order again.

Bought for those moments when you are 50+ and a mile away from the toilet block.

Exactly what it says. Absorbs the fluid and no smell. As other have said it will not arrive in packaging so if you ate easily embarrassed don’t buy it. I think it’s worth it though.

Just had to buy my elderly mother a commode so thought I'd try these. They work a treat and make the whole process of using and emptying the commode a doddle.

This powder does soak up liquids very efficiently. I deducted stars because as I got towards the end of the box, the powder had clumped in the packets making it useless. I had used most of the box so felt it was a bit cheeky complaining about the last 12 sachets, plus I am housebound and unable to do a return. I suggest checking the sachets in the box once you get it to see if the powder has got damp and clumped.
