These anchovies are perfect. They are large size. The fillet is wide. The taste is truly delicious, not too salty. I would definitely order them again!

Love this product! Tastes great out of the can. I read it’s because they can the tuna and cook it in the sealed can. That keeps it from drying out. So good.

Every single can of this anchovis product was spoiled. The fish itself is covered with whitish grey slime, the body of anchovis is soft and soggy to touch and it smells rotten. Unfortunately I bought 15 cans, after opening 5 of them with the same results, I tried to return it but this product can not be returned, though I had bought it only 10 days before. I was cheated out of 75 dollars and I want everyone to be aware of this scam. I threw all 15 cans into the garbage.

This is my favorite white tuna. If you are not familiar with this type of tuna, this is harvested in the northern coast of Spain, it is a very delicate type of tuna. There is no comparison possible between the typical albacora tuna sold in the USA and this. In addition, Ortiz is one of the best companies producing very high quality products (not only tuna, but also anchovies and much more). I am so happy that we can buy it through Amazon because some stores actually carry it where I live but the price is twice what I am paying in Amazon.

Broccoli & Ziti w/Anchovies are a weekly staple in our Italian Kitchen. Ortiz anchovies give this dish something special in flavor profile! Perfect in Caesar salad as well!

This brand was praised by Cooks Illustrated but the anchovies that I got were tasteless--not what you expect in an anchovy. A complete waste of money.
