work perfectly. easy to use. You do need to be in reach of the ratchet to release it but it holds tight.

Perfect for my application. I use it behind or after the 3/8” rope that I have through a block & tackle after it lifts my “too heavy” eBike (80 lbs.) off the ground.Then I can adjust my rear derailleur and my rear brake without having my wife hold it in the air, whilst I fine tune the settings. 😄This is a way to safely “tie-off” that rope with a no-slip hold and safe easing off the load, when the work is done.I’d recommend this highly, but make sure your rope or cord is the matching size the ratchet is made for. Read the product info before ordering, ensure you have the correct size. Save yourself the hassle.

This is the second one I bought. These things are fast and functional, work great. Tough as heck, have held up to serious use. Quick, easy adjustments. Good value.

value excellant, works as described at least for the 2x used. appearence? looks fine and well built. have to add bought 3 recently at differant times all within the same week from same seller and each of the 3 have arrived in different package set ups-the only thing constant is the beat up outer plastic bag-maybe repurposed many times for the enviourment concious. One had the pictured tag in the advertisement, one had nothing and 1 had another ta but not related to product? i can see folks making copies of a 10 dollar item but what do i know.

Worked well easy to use

Good quality just like the whole complete ratchet rope setup. I have a few of these and used just the ratchet itself to replace another version I have that is the push button. That one I replaced is mostly plastic and over time it built up inside with residue from the engine and road grime that it was hard to release. This version is very easy to release but I have to make sure it’s accessible when I hang up the driveline. I use these to hang drivelines up when I’m towing semi’s. Won’t be buying any other version of a ratchet rope unless it says Mr. Ratchet. Definitely recommend.
