Lifesaver!
Extremely happy with purchase. I accidentally threw away new Cablevision remote a week after getting a new DVR. Too embarrassed to go back to Cablevision store and let them know what happened with remote. So I lucked out and found a replacement remote with Amazon. Brand new remote works perfectly with my new DVR!

If you have wow a must make sure to get right one
a great remote for wow cable they also make one with a dvr button I have one box with a dvr one without great for the one without great for the one with advr button except you have to hit the green to watch recorded programs buttom on the remote they give you wow not a bad service but if you get the black remote hard to use in the dark this one easy to use as well as one with the dvr button which this one does not have
