The Predator Kojo's life-like size and color make it a must for any coyote hunter or landowner looking to deter geese or deer from an easy, but expensive meal. Add a touch of tissue paper to his tail to give him some eye-catching movement. Kojo is compact and light enough to carry on any hunt, and features Montana Decoy's patented twist fold design for fast and quiet set up. You can even use Kojo to help steer deer toward your stand on large agricultural fields which makes this decoy a hunter's best friend. Built using an actual coyote photograph, Kojo is as real as it gets.

As Realistic as Can Be
I've been meaning to write a review on this coyote for a long time. I've had more fun watching people stop their cars to look at it. I've even seen cars pass it and back up to take another look. I've seen people taking pictures of it. I live in the mountains of North Carolina. We have bear visitors all the time. Well, the other day a very big black bear climbed over our fence and was punching this phoney coyote not realizing at first it was fake. Dissapointed the bear climbed back over our fence and moved on down the trail. I would have given anything to have had my camera ready to photo the bear in our yard and his response to this life-like coyote. I would have sent it to our local TV news which broadcasts bears behaviors. My movie would have topped them all.

Very pleased with my purchase
Works better than I thought! I plan to buy one for the back yard and both side yards. The deer were eating everything in the yard. I installed the coyote in late fall so I cannot say if it deters deer from eating plants, but I no longer see deer droppings in the yard. My grass is still in the yard; the deer had completely eaten the grass by this time last year. The skunk activity is completely gone. No more holes nor skunk scat in the yard. The coyote not only scares animals, but everyone who pulls into the driveway; it looks very real. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Keeps the deer at bay!
One of Georgia's prominent landscape architects recommended this product to keep the deer away. I bought eight (8) of these decoys and I am happy to say that one month later, we have no deer damage to our plants and flowers. He advised that the decoys be moved around every three days or so, which we have done, although not as frequently as he recommended. Now if we could find a similar product for the chipmunks and rabbits!

Hilarious gift for a man in a war against birds ...
Hilarious gift for a man in a war against birds. The birds (blue herons specificly) have been eating his koi. NO MORE! He states that the birds, once seeing this, pack up and fly away. He moves it every few days. His 12 year old beagle loves it and lays in front of it. Well constructed and it does work.

Shoot it's a coyote!!
This this is VERY realistic. Not sure how a coyote will react to it coming at an angle where the decoy is hard to see (it's a mere 1/2" at best wide) but seeing it broadside it will surely get a reaction out of a big dominant coyote. Attached is a photo of the decoy from 40 yrds on my phone.

Wire snapped
I’m afraid I never got a chance to use it. Set it up once in my yard and backed off about 30 yards and it looks very realistic. When twisting it to put it away I heard and felt the internal wire snap. This is not my first time using spring wire decoys and blinds so I know i wasn’t mistreating it. I’d say the wire had a weak spot.

Life-like looking
Easy to put together. Being fabric, it moves in the wind which makes it more realistic. Didn't really keep the geese away so that was disappointing.

This will work. I would buy other decoys.
Looks good. You have to realize what a Montana decoy is. There hard to twist and put away. I have experience with them and know how it goes now. but i think a link to a utube video of how to put it away would help. Just an idea.

As expected
Durable. Stakes seem a bit long but could be for installing in snow.
