Far too hot
Gets hot and lasts 24hrs but got really hot. Plus the heat bag is on the heart. Making this hot and it contains batteries. The toy was very hot. I bought the toy and spare packs but wont use them as toy could end up burning my puppy as too hot. I took the heat pad out and was very hot for my hands

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!!
Purchased snuggle puppy plus extra heat packs. Marketed as safe and non toxic......Packaging was slightly different to what was advertised but assumed this was still safe to use. My puppy punctured the heat pack while in his crate overnight and ate some of the contents. He has been at the vets seriously ill all day, vomiting and severe diarrhoea....Iron poisoning!!!! I am now faced with a large vets bill but much worse my puppy could potentially have organ damage (as advised by the vet). He has to be closely monitored and has stomach protection medicine to take for 4 days....DO NOT RISK HAVING THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR PUPPY!!!
