Works perfect...takes about 20 min to unwrap, take off the old ones, clean and put grease on the ball joints, and put the new ones on. YouTube has great videos on how to do this. They work like the originals.

These rear gate struts installed easily and work great. No issues with operating manually or via powered operation. I don't know why I didn't replace the old struts a long time ago.

Very easy to replace, don't let weak lift struts cause damage to the lift mechanism.Only tools required... small screwdriver or pick tool to release the spring clips retaining the strut ball joint.Need to hold up the hatch after releasing the strut but doing one at a time, it's not an issue.

Man I researched everywhere including Lexus and Toyota perfect replacement for 2010-2015 RX's power liftgate, installed in minutes need someone to hold while you install and most importantly it was price friendly and build quality
