PhonakTv Connector for Marvel, Paradise, Lumity, & Infinio Hearing aids

This works really well. I can hear everything- just the way it was intended. I don't have to try boosting voices and reducing music scores, I can listen to the full blend of sound and still hear every word! Two issues: I needed something that didn't shut off the TV or soundbar speakers so that my wife could hear at her volume. This solves that problem. Second, I could not get the on/off button to work most of the time, no matter how hard I pushed. I sent it back and immediately got a replacement. The on/off button didn't work any better. Now, I just unplug the power cord when I'm done. Good customer service, bad on/off switch design?

Got this yesterday; it's exactly as depicted, although I'm surprised at how small it is. Setup was effortless, and the device connects to my hearing aids as soon as I put them on in the morning. If my phone rings, or I decide to watch a video on my phone, the connector goes silent until I'm finished. My only problem so far was that any movement of the device caused a power loss at first. I hooked the power up to my tv, and it hasn't happened since, so I have to assume it was the AC connection. It also goes to sleep if I silence it for too long, but it's easy to reconnect, by using my hearing aids' normal method (for me, it's by holding the "down" button for a few seconds). I like not worrying about bothering the neighbors, and I like being able to walk away from the television and still hear what's going on. To quote Rick Blaine, "I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."

Once this is installed it just works with no no fuss. It does all functions that are advertised flawlessly.I thought the price was way too much but thought I’d try it and return it if it wasn’t as advertised.I’ve had it connected for almost a month now and it makes tv listening so much more convenient. I used to have to switch to ear buds when I was the only one listening to tv then back to my hearing aids for conversation, NOT ANY MORE ! The sound switches between tv, hearing aids and to both automatically!

I purchased this product because it was made to work with my hearing aids. That's it, I cannot answer questions about warranty, what devices it works with, etc. Even with hearing aids I had to have the TV volume at a level that bothered other people in the house. With the TV Connector I hear the TV only through my hearing aids. Product works well.

Easy to connect TV connector for hearing aids. After connected to TV activation was automatic with the hearing aids. Easy to adjust volume on top of connector.

The company we purchased the TV Connector through "Hearing_Aid_Accessories" told us that they had a 30-day return policy with a one-year warranty on the TV Connector. This product last only 8 months. We were told that we would have to send the bad unit out of the country to have it serviced. My wife is disable and is almost 80 years old having a challenge of hearing. Where is the customer service and human compassion? I know there is a Phonak office in the United States, but that office will not service this product because it was purchased through "Hearing_Aid_Accessories". With such poor service we cannot recommend this company or Phonak for not taking care of their client or product. I'm sorry I've had to write a bad review, but don't think anyone else should have deal with what we've been going through for the last two months. Buyer beware.After 3 months of trying to get this unit repaired, I found out that "Hearing Aid Accessories" is a UK company. I also happen to be at a USPS drop off and heard someone talk about mailing something to the UK. If not certified it could take up to three months for it to be received, if it were certified so you could track it. It would be over $100.00. Just think if you would have purchased the 3-year extended warranty. I'm also disappointed with the clout that Amazon has, could not do more to help.

Works well

Works great with my father-in-laws hearing aids. I peel off the audio to the t.v. and run it to the Phonak which then has a good bit of volume control on it, which is nice.
