Large Freezer Bags (UK Company) Reusable Food Bags Kitchen Storage Fridge Organisers 4PCS Set

I batch make green juices, freeze them, and then just pop one out of the freezer each day - saves me making a juice each morning. I have tried various containers, bottles and bags for the juice. Some were a disaster (glass bottles took too much space and several cracked (of course they would!), or too time-consuming. I do like silicone but I often find it can leave an odour (soaking in vinegar helps) and taste which can spoil the food/drink when using again. In addition some of my silicone can develop a white film all over it (storing the silicone in the fridge I find can help prevent it sometimes), which I absolutely hate and is a devil to remove. I'm yet to discover why this happens....... .....anyway, back to these bags, I have been using for a week now. They are a little tricky when first trying to get the hard plastic tube off of the top, but just look at the colour-contrasting arrow on the hard plastic tube which points the way to take it off. Once I did that (why I didn't do it at the off is beyond me!), they open and shut (seal/unseal) easily really. The bags are really sturdy, standing up on its own while I pour 500ml of juice in. Handy measure down the bags. The bags then lay flat (ish) in the freezer, stacked on each other - or they can stand up. I have put them in the dishwasher, with no problems to date. I have not noticed any odour, taste or discoloration at all (and green juice can indeed leave a 'veggi' smell) I am so impressed with the bags - and the seller - that I have just ordered another 4 packs of 4 bags.....after all this time, I am hoping my search for a suitable juice bag is well and truly over!

The ebook which was advertised as part of the deal never arrived and when I spoke to customer care they told me that the issue was with Amazon not them and that they were trying to resolve it. It's been weeks now and I still haven't heard a thing. I found the bags incredibly difficult too open and close, it took me a few weeks to get the knack of it. I'm guessing that this would have been explained in the ebook . I also found that they can only hold 2 of my home made veggie burgers and whilst they keep them well stored they take up a lot of space. Not great if your fridge, like mine, is very small. Otherwise they are a great product and I am very happy with them, a huge improvement on throwaway zip bags. Katy Macky

These bags are large so as there are only 2 of us I am careful not to fill them. However that is good as they lay flat in the freezer. There is no leakage which is great as they lay flat. I only gave 3 stars for cleaning but they do clean well. There is a problem with the fact that they retain the smell of the previously stored food. I know this to be a problem with all silicone so I soak in bicarbinate of soda and keep certain coloured bags for those types of food. They seem very durable but have not used them for long so no guarantees from me on durability. Overall I love them and if needed will buy more

Fantastic versatile bags! I use mine for soups. They stand up so you can store them easily in fridge and freezer. I then just pull mine out, open them up and put straight in the microwave! So easy. Cleaning is fine too. Good quality and doesn’t make the food taste strange. At nearly £18 for 4 bags I thought they were pricey but actually the amount Iv used them and their reusabilty really gives you value for money 👍

Although the bags seemed well made and look like they will last, the sliding clip that fastens it is difficult to get on and off, not going to use them now for intended purpose.

Been using these instead of Tupperware for a while now. A great sustainable way to keep your food. Haven’t had any problems with leaks and they fit so much better and don’t take up as much room in the fridge and freezer!

I bought these last year and they are amazing. The quality is really good, they have been used a lot and still look like new. They are so easy to rinse out and have been hand washed and put in the dishwasher and they are still perfect . I have had lots of reusable bags over the years and they never last this well. I would definitely buy again.
