Horrible. Locating takes too long. Will not hold a charge for long. Gps accuracy was unacceptable. I'd have watch next to me and app location would say the device was at different address. Not good when using for a toddler who likes to wander.

Ordered this at the end of last year and it lasted no more than a few days. After sending it back for a replacement to the manufacturer, I was subsequently led on for several months, having been promised a replacement that never came (despite many emails to that effect). I had high hopes, but the product and the company were incredibly disappointing.

Horrible, bought for my grandson in advance of his birthday. Spent 1 week trying to pair up to 3 different phones with no success. Now won't accept return.

After ordering it I found out that it doesn’t work in Canada. I wish there was some note or something about it before I ordered it!

Did not work in Canada - returned it. There was no indication anywhere that it wouldn't work and had to contact the company directly to find out.

I contributed to the crowdfunding of this watch. I was so excited when I first received it. However, like everyone else said, this watch was a big disappointment. Not reliable, constant battery problems. I cannot trust it with the safety and well-being of my child. It has been more than a year since I received it. I cannot return or get my money back. Lesson learned: Never again support a crowdfunded project.
