Seems my first review of 3 stars magically disappeared among all the 5 star reviews. Not a problem because I came back to update it and give these 1 star. Seems really odd that people are giving this 5 stars with little "meat" top their reviews. Makes one wonder.Anyway...1. The batteries are junk. 300mAh NiMH. 1.2V. Fully charged, they last about 25 minutes.2. After less than 2 weeks outside, 1 of the 2 lamps has decided it will not illuminate. Not white light, not blue light. So it's totally useless.3. The remaining 1 of 2 has stopped "zapping" insects that land on the wires. Also totally useless except as a white light for evening garden illumination.Let's see how long this review lasts until it magically disappears. Taking a screen shot so I can prove to Amazon it was here.

I like that this is a non electrical alternative to bug zapper. Placing it in the garden on stakes also gives us the ability to increase the range of bugs. Would recommend.

Lights stay lit for quite a while during sho rd winter months. They charge while under overcast skies.

looks nice and does the job. Needs sun to charge or it won't work.
