Fun Express Medium Neon Gift Bags, 1-Dozen, 9-Inch Tall

I’ve ordered these bags for several years. They are of consistent quality and a very good price. The shoe strings that serve as handles will sometimes slip through the holes through which they are threaded, so I routinely knot all the strings before filling the bags with small gifts. The plasticized finish on the colorful side of the gift tag interferes with writing names of the intended recipients on the tags, so I turn the tags over and write on the the white side.

We bought these bags for our daughter's birthday party favors. They look really cute and served great for our purpose. The colors are bright and vibrant, inside is a little piece of somewhat thin cardboard to reinforce the bottom. Our favors were light do this wasn't an issue. The handles were all fine (unlike for some other reviewers). The only issue I encountered was that a few bags were glued to themselves on the inside. I was able to pull them open but that did tear the inside a bit and in one case peeled some of the color off of the bag, so that it became transparent in one spot (I used it anyway and none of the kids cried for getting imperfect bags). I might have been annoyed if this wasn't for pre-schoolers but since it was, they worked perfectly.

After reading some of the mixed reviews I went ahead and ordered these as gift bags for a kids party. As some of the reviews stated the little shoelace type end (aglet) did sometimes go through the little hole attaching it to the bag however I found that if you position the aglet properly this does not happen. The colors of the bag were very vibrant and I did not have any issues with them being crinkled or damaged. And yes, they are from oriental trading company as some of the reviews suggested however I thought the quality/size/price were adequate. I was able to put a decent amount of goodies in there but I would not recommend anything really heavy. For goody bags these worked great and the colors are fun.

Bags were awesome. Bought them for a party and they are more like gift/present bags but they turned out well for a party bag ! The only downside was the little tips of the handles , some would come out, I just bent the tips slightly and no problem. Colors were also great, neon type

I love the bright colors of these bags. The red ones aren't quite as vibrant as one might wish, but the rest are very vivid. They are also somewhat smaller than I imagined. I know -- the description give the dimensions, but it's still a little hard to imagine the size. Still, in my case, they were big enough for my purposes; I made it work.

I ordered this wonderfully priced set of gift bags just in case I needed more for Christmas gifts, while also thinking these would be great for "any time" gift bags. I am impressed by the vibrant colors, the construction of the bags and the handles. I will be back for more! The size is perfect, and will be used far beyond the holidays. I used one for Christmas, and put the rest in my gift closet, something I have been meaning to do for a long time. I am really glad I purchased these, as they will come in very handy.

The cloth handles in the bags are held together with a plastic t shaped clip. 2 of my bags had the clip broken and I had to make a knot in place.Due to the fact you cant see that until you open then I cannot blame the seller. It is a manufacturing issue.4 stars because you may or may not get busted bags.

These are solidly built, colorful bags that will support the weight of the contents. Used them for Easter candy bags for the neighborhood kids. Held a chocolate bunny, good sized bags of malted milk eggs, jelly beans, miniature Reese's. Very nice colors. Generous sized bags that will not fall apart. Each comes with a nice label you can write on & sturdy drawstrings.The colors are bright and strong. Deep purple, bright yellow, nice blue-all beautiful. Bags lined up filled with Easter goodies for the kids-squint your eyes & they remind one of all the gaily painted Easter Eggs. Really Great colors!You will not regret buying these!

Fine for the price, but know that they aren't the most beautiful bags. Bought during store closures so better than nothing!

Cheap made all handles broke , bags are very small not med size
