Easy to follow instructions on tin and saves all that mess cutting up peel etc. I made a batch last year and 2 batches already this year, Give as Christmas Presents. Excellent. Good set and colour. I used slightly less sugar than instructed but still worked well

Making marmalade the 'proper' way is a long drawn out businesses requiring Seville oranges only available for a few short weeks in the year followed by the time consuming preparation of the oranges. The Ma Made tin cuts out all the hard work out and still produces a fine marmalade. Why on earth would you do it any other way, apart from which the tins are available all year round

I Didn't know if I would ever taste proper marmalade again, My family made our own, involving most of the family and then the taste. The marmalade in shops is like jelly and tastes horrible, but this is next thing to what I am used to. Thank you

It has the great taste of Seville Oranges and for me, tastes delicious on homemade bread that I bake myself! Very much a savings from buying the finished product, because I can play around with the ingredients and modify the flavour slightly… For example adding grapefruit, limes lemons and also using Topinambur syrup instead of sugar!It's extremely easy to make; the instructions are very easily understood, and if you follow the instructions you will have a success every time! To me that is value in itself.

We immediate made 15 jars of delicious marmalade.
