The quality is not as expected.
I can't say I'm surprised. The decal definitely looks different in the picture. The quality isn't the worst (it's actually pretty decent), but it also doesn't look good enough on my laptop to want to keep it on there. The finish is a bit more dull than I thought it would be. Mind you, I do have a burgundy laptop. Perhaps it would look better on a platinum surface as that is likely what it's intended for. Then again, they didn't have a burgundy option, which would have been nice. I took a chance and I think I'll keep it. The quality is decent for the price. Not sure how useful it is, since it doesn't cover much. A sleeve would be a better option, but to each his own.
