as long as it calls for a "threaded" cartridge it should work.

Q: If I put a tube on this then relase some co2 in water will the water be carbonated?

Technically yes, but without some way to regulate the release it would likely fly off explosively. Could be very dangerous.

Q: Can you use these in a pellet gun. ?

Not unless the pellet gun is made to take these larger cartridges. These are longer, larger diameter, and have a 3/8 x 24 threaded neck.

Q: Does this fit the Pico C02 adapter?

Yes, these fit the PicoBrew CO2 injector for the beer kegs. That's what I bought these for.
