About 11 years ago, I was approximately 50 plus pounds overweight. After investing thousands of dollars on fad and get thin quick diets and schemes, I decided to face reality and "Accept Responsibility for My Health." So I did. Book has a sticker, a magazine cut out in it and scuffs. A good condition yet I still feel like I got hosed because new is what was paid for as advertised.

This book is amazing. Back in the early 2000s I watched The Montel Show on this particular workout and I changed my body quickly and I'm ready to do so again.

Have always had great success with the routines
This is a book I had purchased many years ago and somehow lost over time. I am thrilled to have gotten another copy. Try it out, the exercises really do work. Have always had great success with the routines. The seller provided the items as stated in the ad.

Excellent book
This book is excellent for the beginner, working out for the first time, through to the seasoned body builder.I love the pictures of Montel and Winnie and the book is written well and the programs are easy to follow.I would highly recommend this book for all interested in getting into shape.
