These are nice
I bought 4, it took a while but they shipped from Austria. I used them, and washed them, loved them, and then ordered 8 more. So I have 12 total. Second order also came from Austria. They are great for both German rouladen and Italian Brachiole. I say go for it.

Perfect fit for my rouladen dishes!
I don't have to fuss twine, cords or piercing sticks to keep my rouladen together. These worked perfectly for the whole process. From the pan searing to to slow cooking, you gotta have these!
