If you are looking for a REALLY low cost way to essentially extend your built in mic across the room, this is the way to do it. The cable is about 13 feet long, which is really nice. It comes with a little bag to keep it in and a few extra things, like pop filters and a converter for a lap top input. That said, if you are needing any kind of quality to your recording, you should probably increase your budget. I would say, the quality isn't even as good as the average iphone earbuds or built in cell phone mic. It has a pretty wide pick up pattern, so you're probably going to get even more reverb than those options.

Great Product for the Price

For the price, this microphone does exactly what you want it to.The thing I like about this mic is the long cable to allow for cross-room seating from the video camera. This works great for interview situations or vlog setups. It plugs into your aux port and is plug and play.I've provided a sound clip of me talking into the mic so you can hear sound quality and background noise. It was recorded on an Apple iPhone 6s.One small setback is dealing with the playback. Because this microphone plugs up via Aux... I had to unplug the mic to hear the audio recording back.Still would recommend this product for anyone looking to up their Audio game.

Great quality for the price.
I made a video reviewing the product on my YouTube channel. However due to the ToS of Amazon I can not post a link about it. But my review is my honest opinion about the prouduct.Q. Is it worth the cheap price?A. Yes! Better than you would think.Q. Can you be heard in a loud environment?A. Yes! It can actually pick up your voice over whatever else is going on in the background. It actually lowers the volume if really loud sounds happen.Q. What phone did you use?A. Samsung S9+Q. Will this work on PC?A. Yes! It comes with an adapter to use in the PC

Works good on a Samsung Note 3 phone.
I took a chance on this because it stated that it works on newer Samsung phones. However, they never specified which ones and mine is getting old, relative to today's phones. Many google results said that a Samsung Note 3 could not be used to record video with an external connected mic. They were wrong. There are two different 4-contact style mini-plugs. One is for newer phones, and the other is for devices like older phones and gaming devices. The difference is the inner two contacts. (Mic and ground) They are reversed. Just be sure to purchase the correct one. They look identical.

Nice mic for the price! Good starter for a YouTuber
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The mic picked up the best audio when it was slightly raised in front of my face as opposed to being attached to my sweatshirt it peaked a little bit. But the audio definitely outperformed my expectations when it comes to the price point this thing is awesome!

Great little mic for an awesome price.
Great little compact mic. Needed something for sit down videos. My camera is a little to far away to capture good sound quality I found myself talking louder than I needed to to make up for it so I picked up this PoP voice microphone and it sounds much better now. This is just what I was looking for. It’s not comparable to a $150 mic of course but hard to beat for the price. I would recommend.

You will need An adapter for it to work in an iphone x
This product microphone picks up very well for as small as it is. It says it will work with an iphone X and it does if your Iphone X has a dongle to plug into. The plug on the microphone is a standard straight plug and not the flat plug that normally fits in your charger port- hence the need for the dongle adapter. I use the microphone for video recordings to youtube and the sound quality is very nice. A Great value for the money

Mic sounds nasally and underwater, package came damaged, case smells, multiple problems.
Package itself came damaged despite being in a bubble mailer. The bubble mailer wasn't damaged, the just the mic packaging. The velvet case that you get smelled awful, like a fishy bathroom. The cord is too long for my likings, but for someone else it's a good length if that's what your looking for. That's about the only good thing about it. The mic makes me sound nasally and underwater, and only works well in quiet settings which isn't what was advertised (pop filters are supposed to block out noise). The mic quality itself is actually WORSE than my midrange Android phone. I will be returning. Don't buy.
