This is the one
It is a large pill. But I think it works fantastically I can feel the difference in my body and I’ve tried other brands. This is the one! Though it would be nice if they could make a smaller version lol

I like it very munch.I take it first thing in the morning when I get up and wait a half hour to eat. I take it with a full glass of water.

Received my order today , originally ordered these pills for more hair growth but found out it’s more than just for hair growth it’s also for overall great health. The pills are on the larger end lol they are the size of a prenatal vitamin pill so don’t expect a small pill. All 90 were in the jar. Will be buying again when my 90 days are up. Thanks.
