Was having trouble with other shakers and grinders clogging due to humidity in my home. So far, these are performing well.

I hate how my salt used to clump up all the time u til I found this salt shakers!! I no longer have to deal with clumped salt. This do the job. They keep the moisture out . Now I can shake it like a salt shaker!

Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Excellent quality. Good size. Not too big or small. Lids have VERY secure springs to hold them shut and keep out moisture. But please note - a bit cumbersome to use for everyday. The lids do not remain open. They automatically spring closed. You sorta' have to hold it open with index finger while you pour, or use two hands. Probably not the easiest choice for frequent use at the kitchen table. But they are so flippin' cute! Perfect for a beach house or outdoor picnic. The lids will absolutely stay closed if they fall over.

I love this set! I have the other salt & pepper set but w/the bubble design and found myself needing to replace it when the spring caps quit springing, lol. I found that set by Tumbler and put it in my cart to buy in a day or so later, even tho I was warned there were only so many left in stock. Oops, sold out! Uh duh!Back to Tumbler specifically because I knew I saw they had another set, just a different look. Found it pretty quick and liked it even more than the other set. It has a round, pot-belly design (it's called beehive), the tops are colored different and each bottle holds just a little bit more.Once received: I really like the feel of the bottles. They are bigger somewhat and the roundness makes them much easier to hold. I plan on buying another set to keep on hand just in case. My own 5 *****

easy to open with lid design, keeps the seasonings dry and very easy to clean. Couldn't be happier about the purchase

I really like these shakers. I use them both for salt, one by the stove and one on the table, as I use a grinder for pepper. They sprinkle lightly and evenly, unlike most salt shakers. They hold enough that you don't have to refill frequently, and they're actually more attractive than they look online. You have to hold the cap open while shaking, but it's easy to do with one hand. No problems with caking, I think the snap-back cap keeps humidity out.
