Reverie 9T Adjustable Bed Base, Wireless, Wall Hugger, High Definition Massage, Lumbar Support, Bluetooth, Zero Gravity, Anti-Snore, Alarm Timers (Split California King)

We bought a split king -One side is broken and we have exhausted all the help videos and troubleshooting while trying to get a response from customer service - It IS UNDER WARRANTY - but no response from REVERIE yet and it's been a week. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE - especially since you cannot even open the bluetooth module to try to get it working without "VOIDING THE WARRANTY" - So you can do nothing.

We’ve had this bed for 1 week and it’s been nothing but trouble since it has arrived. Numerous malfunctions, won’t connect to remote, and now stuck in the upright position. We’ve had to move our mattress to the floor so we’re not sleeping upright. Been such a frustrating disappointment. Also there is zero technical support so we’re up a creek until the company opens on Monday and we can hopefully get a hold of someone on the phone.

Reverie base is what we expected. We didn’t expect to have to update software upon receipt and nobody advised us in writing or when purchasing. We successfully updated the base software with the Distributor, iDeal Beds and things work great now but it was a lot to work out. We are also disappointed that this a 2016 model of the 9T and not a brand new 2018 model year. Overall, we’re pleased with the quiet functions. The LED on the remote and the LED’s under the base are not a very pleasing color. The LED’s under the bed are not uniform in the output around the bed and could be mulch Warner with more output.

Beyond happy with my bed!!! Purchased this base to help with my back issues and I couldn’t be happier with the results and quality of the bed. I did pay extra for the setup as each base is about 160 lbs. and it took two delivery guys less than half hour to perfectly install the frame inside my king size sleigh bed, program it and test it.

We love this bed frame!! The bed was delivered in great shape and my husband and I were able to carry it into our bedroom and put it together in about 30 minutes. Helpful advice, use a moving blanket or bed quilt under the box and drag it to your room. The massage feature is more like an exaggerated purring but you can feel it and it’s perfect to unwind before sleeping.

Best bed frame I ever bought. Lots of great features including partial and full body massages .Also it works very quietly . Lumbar support is another great feature. Will comment in the future as I have only started using it 2 days ago.

Love my new bed frame, works great. I am sleeping the best I have in years. I put the new sleep number 10 mattress on it and we both are thrilled to be getting better sleep.
