The "safety' clip is, in my opinion, too stiff. When I tested it before fitting it to my cat, I found it took nearly 7kg of pull before it released.My cat weight 3.4kg ... I.e. the collar would not release even if she was caught up and dangling from it!I had to file off some of the plastic on the clip to ensure it released at a tension less than her weight.Have had the same problem with other makes of cat collar. Beware.

I brought these to save the wildlife in my area from my murderous cats. I didnt want to spend too much as cats tend to lose collars. My 2 look rather dashing in these and so far not a bird nor rat has been presented to me since.

The price was attractive but it proved to be poor value. It was difficult to attach, the bell was far too loud and the cat hated it. In a couple of days it had disappeared most likely due to the poor construction of the catch.This apparent bargain was a waste of money.We bought a replacement at our local supermarket which is far superior and only a few pence more expensive.Really, Amazon why do you allow vendors to sell such rubbish? Do you vet these products in any way?

Well, this is non refundable which is annoying.Its a good collar like good enough size range, secure, cute but its just i wouldn't recommend if you have a kitten or a micro cat like me because the bell hangs down too low, which is a problem because my cats kept thinking something was hanging on their chest and were annoyed by it and swiping it from their necks constantly. So yee not good. Tried to find a way to shorten or put the bell around the first metal loop but couldnt. Will just give my vets the collars to see if they can give them away. Have bought a collar where the bell is closer to the belt.

Not meant for a kitten as the shortest setting is still three fingers loose. The bell is large and loud so one positive though went it gets wet, for example, when it accidentally comes in contact with the water bowl, the stone in the bell will stick hence producing no or a very low ring. The sewing on the band is of poor quality and mine started tearing off on the very first day (not the kitten's fault). I'm now shopping around once again.

Nice collars, but far too easy to get off. I put one of these on two of my cats and they lasted less than a week. In fact one cat lost his twice (first time was in less than 48hrs pf wearing it, but I found it in my garden so I put it back on him. He lost it somewhere else a day later). The other cat lost hers after 4 days.Waste of money.

I thought they were lovely, cat hated them
