How is this coffee prepared??

If you have a coffee percolator use 3 scoops of it to make it for one cup. They sell coffee percolators here on amazon too. The name will say 3 cups on it that means 3 scoops - making one cup cuz its tiny. This device is put on the gas directly and has two parts to it.

Is this an instant coffee....or does it require coffee machine or filter press?

It's not an instant coffee, it's pure, very fine coffee powder with a little bit of cardamon powder. To prepare you need a -> Ibrik. Please look for recipes for Turkish mocha. You'll love it!

There is more cardamom then should be in an Arabic coffee to the level that the coffee is not brown but orange when made. I lived in the middle east and would say no one would even look at it there.
