Great Backup Battery for Night Eyes
This is the exact battery that comes with the Night Eyes 1200 Lumous light. A back up battery is needed as these batteries lose their charge over a period of a month, if not used. Having a backup on the charger means you don’t have to wait to go for a ride late in the afternoon. It’s also handy to have a backup battery with you in case your main battery get low on charge before you arrive back home.

Doesn't seem to last, runs low very quickly in high beam.
It hasn't quit on me in my 1.5hr commute at night BUT it doesnt seem to last as long as it is supposed to. The light turns red (as in low battery) almost immediately if using the high beam. The USB charger (Galaxy S5) works ok but charges fairly slowly, depending on how many things your phone is doing... it might not be sufficient to support operation, let alone charging it.

Poorly Documented (Update: Doesn't even work correctly)
It comes with no instructions, no charger, and no immediately obvious way to charge it. I would assume I'm supposed to have a wall wart of some specific specification to charge it through the the pin connector, but without instructions (or even a charging indicator light), I have no idea if I'll end up burning my house down from improper voltage.**Update**After finding a charger, and charging it for 12 hours, I find the the USB port doesn't actually work. Don't waste your money on this.

Crushed USB
Battery arrived with USB charging port crushed. Luckily, I only bought this as a back up for my bike light's main battery and don't actually intend to charge anything else. Otherwise, I would not buy again. Still, disappointed with quality out of the box. Let's hope this charges properly

This is a great idea with very flawed implementation
Nice packaging doesn't keep this from being a worthless package. I threw mine away after realizing it wouldn't work - everytime I would plug my light in (single LED bicycle headlight), it would trip an internal breaker - light never did more than flash for a second. Save your money.
