Really interesting book! It exceeded my expectations and it all makes sense when searching for the true cause of everything bad in our bodies.

some really interesting topics discussed including womens menstruation, issues to watch out for with fasting and the fact that not the same diet works for everybody, the correct diet has alot to do with the state of health of the body. the only thing i was not so convinced about is that raw food fanatics are criticized and there are cooked food recipes which as a raw foody i was dissapointed with. otherwise excellent.

It is one of the beat read I've come across. Truly extraordinary!
