It's made of good quality steel. Very sharp so easy to grate hard vegetables like beet and carrots. Design is user friendly & good size and easy to use. Better than box type graters which are not easy to clean. Fairly priced and Highly recommended.

Its a useless grater and a waste of money and time. It DOES NOT GRATE even a simple carrot. With great dificulty grates a little bit. DONT BUY THIS AS IT IS A USELESS CHEESE GRATER. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GRATING CARROTS ETC.
