Protected me during a big crash and comfy to wear.
I’ve worn these for about 500 trail miles. My first big crash while wearing them occurred not long ago. Big endo off a six-foot drop, directly onto a slab of bare rock. My forearms and knees took the brunt of the impact, and my helmet was smashed by my bike when it landed on top of me. I walked away completely unscathed. These pads stayed in place during the crash, and don’t have a mark on them afterwards. They’ve been very comfortable to wear over the hundreds of miles of fun, uneventful riding preceding the incident described above. I used the sizing chart provided and they fit great. Awesome product.

I feel very safe. A little hard to keep them in position.
Generally, pads are a pain. Who wants to wear them for comfort? But, these are good. Lots of fabric keeps them from cutting into your arm. All that fabric doesn't breath very well. Gets a bit sweaty fast. Its really difficult to size the arms. Too lose and they fall down your arms. Too tight and your hands fill with blood. I have fit biceps but skinny forearms. These were a little hard for me to keep them where I wanted them. But, a little tug after each section and they are where they need to be. Tons of D30 all over and I feel very safe.

Tore up with one fall
I used these for bike trail riding and I slipped and fell on some lose dirt on a corner. I did not fall that bad but the elbow pad saved me from some impact. My arms are not big and medium felt too tight to wear for comfort. The biggest disappointment is that the stitching is far apart that it tore very easily. Quality stitching has about 16 stitches per inch. View my pictures. I do not recommend this product. Its too expensive for the little durability.

They work
Used for what they were intended. I fall, they protect my elbows. They fit a little snug but I'm between sizes and choose down rather than up. They vent well enough. The material is strong and have that elastic band if you needed. The padding is awesome. No transfer through on impact.

Works well
I used to have 13+ inch biceps and the XL were snug - which is what they should be. Now that they're 14+ the XL are just way too tight. Idid have these on during a crash on rocks at Powder Ridge and they stayed in place and took all the damagewithout any damage to the elbows. My 11 year old uses these same XL elbow pads as knee pads and they work fine for that purpose. I also use Demon knee pads, and both the knee and elbow pads stay in place, protect well, and are comfortable to wear - just don't pump a lot of iron and expect them to fit forever.

Protected with comfort
After exploding my elbow (5 pieces, 2 plates and 12 screws to fix, permanent), and 2 years after this freak accident, I decided to ride a gain at 56. They looked the best in the pictures: just covering the elbow, had a CE marking, so I ordered them. I tried them on as soon as delivered and tested the protection on the granite of my kitchen countertop, gently at first and really hard -like in a fall- it's quite impressive. I went on a 23 mile ride, sweaty, but in the action I could not feel them, they are that comfortable. I confirm comments and advice, they fit small, order a size up. I can't tell if they will last, but initial value is great and all stitches look good.

Excellent Protection!
Great product! Really well made and excellent protection! I took a spill on my recumbent avoiding another rider and I landed on my elbow which made me look for pads. It took about a month to heal and at 68 years old I don't want to experience that again, I'm lucky I didn't break anything. Now I'm not as worried if I do it again.

Great protection.
I had a major fall during rollerblading. These minimized the impact and I was able to keep on going.
