Armor Drumstick Bag (AASMT)

This is a nice bag. It sets up great beside my kit. I could keep a bundle of sticks if i wanted that many. It will hold mallets and brushes, several if you needed to. The dividers are nice but if you don't have that many sticks, they will lean over against each other and be hard to get the sticks you want fast. If you only carry one size and style of stick that won't matter to you. I really do like what Ahead is doing with their Armor cases.

Things I like:- Great quality.- Sturdy, can stand on it own.- Holds a lot of sticks.- Extra pockets to hold stuff, like drum keys, etc.Thinks I don't like:- If you remove the top it can be a little tricky to get the zipper aligned.- I wish there full-length, or mostly-full-length pockets instead of the separators. Sticks can move around and get criss-crossed at the bottom of the bag.- The shoulder strap doesn't make any sense.

Very nice stick case l can keep all my different kinds of sticks organized in one place two small compartments for drum keys and a Shoulder strap it can use some minor upgrades top dose come off if you want And a little tough going back on maybe a flatter heavy bottom but very happy with it I would recommend it do any of my drummer friends

Like all Ahead Armor gear, this bag will last a lifetime.Holds a lot of sticks, mallets etc.

The main problem I have with this stick bag is that the strap makes it hang upside down when you carry it. It's not exactly harmful, but it's extremely annoying. It also isn't as structured as I expected.

Very unique case for housing my sticks! I'm extremely glad that I made this purchase!

This should be a five star review and would have been but after only 3 months of not very heavy use by my wife (she's the drummer), one of the zip ends has come off which means we can't reattach the top. I'm going to have to somehow try and get the zip back on the runner and then switch / staple the end closed so that it can't come off again. I think this is a bit of a design flaw as, if the zip isn't fully opened or removed completely, flipping the top open puts a lot of strain on the end of the zip and this is what has caused ours to break. It's a real shame as otherwise, it is a great bit of kit and my wife was so happy with it. Just disappointing when you've paid a premium for a fancy stick bag for it only to last 3 months before a pretty fundamental component fails. Really, the zip on this thing would be the one thing to not skimp on and really should be bulletproof (not literally obviously!). So... a 5 star bag that almost dropped to a 2 star review...
