I give this product a 5 star review. The last couple of orders have a expired date of 7-24-23...no worries...this product is sealed and in excellent condition. Enjoy the discount with slow shipping..Good deals are worth the wait.

The first time or two that you have it, the aftertaste is a bit metallic, but you stop noticing it pretty quickly. The shakes really do fill you up, and they taste good too - having a Slimfast doesn't feel like a sacrifice. It's good to know that I can diet and reduce my caloric intake without compromising on nutritional value; this is chock-full of vitamins and minerals. Overall, this is a great way to diet or just to have a quick, easy, liquid meal. Keep in mind though that the powder doesn't dissolve as easily as, say, Ovaltine -- it really does need a blender to get it well-mixed. I have also used this with hot milk to make a thick, rich, hot cocoa as a meal replacement in the winter, and adding cinnamon, vanilla, and a bit of salt made it absolutely delicious! Recommended.

Have to use a blender to get the chocolate to stir into milk. Strawberry stirs easily. Don't like cleaning my blender.

Can't find the creamy chocolate high protein powder anywhere, so I am quite happy. Just wish it was cheaper. I was very happy to have it come early and when I was hungry and my car is being used, yay I know what I am having to eat now. This stuff is my fav. the chocolate royal is too fake tasting but this one to me tastes like a chocolate shake pretty much.

I will buy this product again and again. I use it often for breakfasts or even dinners. It makes diets much easier, especially when craving chocolate!
