Unit works just as it should.Some notes that may or may not have been mentioned by others.The unit passes Dolby Vision and other HDR formats just fine. Quality HDMI cables are a must but I am getting the full experience out of AppleTV in 4:4:4 at 60Hz and Dolby Vision when available. DirecTV is also passing 4K just fine. This is into a an LG OLED.There is a pause between signals when switching inputs but it is just a few seconds and expected at this price point. There is also a delay when switching between 4K and non-4K resolutions such as changing channels between resolutions on the DirecTV which is also expected. There are only a few 4K channels now so you shouldn’t see it too often. If it bothers you, you can spend more for a seamless unit.I am using SimpleControl/RoomieRemote and the code that was sent works perfect. I have two set top boxes and two Apple TV’s feeding one 4K and three 1080p monitors with no issue. The unit does not downscale so for now, one AppleTV and one DirecTV are set to 4K for the 4K display and the other AppleTV and DirecTV box are set to 1080p for the other displays. As I upgrade those, I will just switch their inputs to the 4K ones.One output is being used as an HDBaset feed at 1080p and is working fine over a 100ft+ run.If I need more similar gear, I will be back for sure.

I bought this product to facilitate presentations in my office, and it works great, just as expected, with any kind of input and output. The image and sound quality is impressive, the product is very easy to use (especially thanks to the different ways to control it) and the customer support is very responsive!

For the Price it's gold. Each output has it's own analog and digital audio out. No need for a DAC or audio extractor for every zone. Picture is awesome. Easy to use software and nice looking web UI. It seems looks like the AV Pro Edge but not near the price. Whoever you are. You need this switch if you're looking for something compatible with leading automation systems. Tech support has been awesome to answer any questions I've had. Thanks N.H. for an awesome product! I love it!

While this product may not be the most intuitive to use, it simply works great. I was having a problem getting Dolby Vision to pass through to my LG OLEDB6 but with a quick call to the support line I was able to sort out my problem. I would definitely recommend this product others.

excellent matrix switcher: not perfect but the best I have seen yet, and at a reasonable priceI am able to distribute 4K to 3 UHD displays (Samsung UN7100, Sony 940D and Sony 940E): sources are DirecTV C61K (channels 104 & 106) and Apple 4KTV and it extracts audio to feed to a prepro/receiverThis switcher has RS232, IR, and IP ports for control, and provides feedback when you send serial or IP commands: hold the menu button on front panel for more than 3 seconds to read IP address. I use this switcher to switch my PC, Xbox, and PS4 between several monitors and TVs, and it has worked flawlessly over long hours of basically constant use. Would highly recommend.
