The hand held shower is a 3-function massage shower. The 76” extra-long shower hose is made of stainless steel with BRASS fittings and an EPDM Rubber inner hose. The hand shower wall mount is made of BRASS and will easily hold the hand shower securely in place. As this unit is a European style “OFF-WALL” mixer it will require some plumbers’ expertise for installation. This unit includes ½” IPS “S” Connectors that can be used to attach to ½” Female Plumbing Fittings (standard European specifications) OR you can attach the ¾” Female Mixer Fittings directly to ¾” NPT 2” Pipes plumbed 6” apart and 1” from the wall surface. These ¾” NPT 2” Pipes are widely available and can be connected to ¾” FIP Drop Elbows in your internal wall plumbing. All parts, washers, plumbers’ tape are included. Buy different gaskets
After buying this 3 times (the first two the connections to the pipes cracked spraying water everywhere), I was furious that there were consistent leaks coming out of the mixer connections. I finally tried once more but instead of using the provided gaskets for the fittings, I went out and bought 3/4" hose gaskets for a more snug fit and FINALLY no more leaks! So lesson is don't use their red gaskets (washers seem to be fine for now...) just buy your own and don't be like me the second time and overtighten. If you don't hear an update from me everything is going well. If you do...well...look for a better brand.

Defective & Cheap - continuously leaks water
Very unhappy with this product - shower set feels like cheap plastic and after installation noticed continuous water leaking from the connection points due to the poor quality of the product. Had a plumber take a look at it and was told we needed to buy a new product - was never refunded.Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this product.
