The dress is perfect

Might be too big, but it's very pretty ....
It's such a cute dress, but I'm thinking it might be way large for my 12 month old granddaughter. I believe it will be pretty long on her, even though she's on the tall side but mostly that it might be too blousey for her though the upper area. I have yet to send it to her so we shall see. If so, I've got a gift receipt and her mom can send it back for a better size. If it fits I will edit and update!
