Does its job!
My project car had a few dents so I decided to order this kit and give it a go. I started working at around 6-7 pm so it may not have been the best time to use the glue or the panel may have been cold & didn't want to flex anymore but it did a great job at pulling the majority of it! I will eventually repaint it but I want the least amount of bondo on the body as possible. I would highly recommend for larger dents but smaller dings not so much. The glue provided would not hold onto the paint and would not pull the smaller dings out at all. I'm going to give it another go tomorrow when its warmer out and see how it goes. If not I'll warm the panel and see what happens. Five stars because the tools themselves are really great quality. I don't see the tabs breaking any time soon nor the slide hammer itself.

Good quality. Good price.
Product works on some dents but may not be adequate for smaller indentations. Make sure to let the glue get as hot as possible or it will not adhere to the car. Also be sure to properly clean the surface and wipe down with rubbing alcohol before applying the hot glue and pulling piece. Have plenty of rubbing alcohol and a rag available as it can be difficult to remove the piece from the car after pulling and be careful because I did manage to pull a few tiny chips of paint off with the glue when removing it. Cleaning the pulling pieces is also easier if you let them soak in a little bowl of rubbing alcohol. You can then pull most of the glue off the pulling piece easier. If one size or shape pulling tab doesn't work as well as desired, try another one. Some are rounded and some are flat which affects how it adheres to the panel. I preferred to use the puller without the slide hammer. Using the slide just pulled the glue and tab off the panel while using it with the handle alone worked better. I didn't get the results I was hoping for but the panels definitely look better than before so I'm happy with the purchase. If you can afford a larger kit with multiple different pulling devices and tabs, I would recommend purchasing one of those. Having the different size and shape pulling tabs does make a difference and the different pulling devices may work better for different dents or in specific locations. I am considering buying the two other pulling devices to see if they work better than the slide and puller.

Decent quality, works ok. No glue gun included.
Overall quality is decent and there are many attachments included for dents of every size and shape. I was able to find a match for several small dents on multiple vehicles. I was surprised that no glue gun was included - I see now that wasn't part of the package, so an oversight on my part, but a requirement for making any use of this kit. One should be included. My experience with dent removal was just OK. I was able to pull out several dents partway, none went away completely, even some fairly simple "pop-in / pop-out" dents. I also had trouble with the glue sticking firmly in all cases - inconsistent. For the price, I think this is an OK tool. I was hoping for complete removal of my dents and that didn't happen. Probably still better than an expensive repair.

Worked Great on 30-year-old Steel
I have a '94 F150 pickup that has picked up a few dents during its lifetime. I had seen YouTube videos on these kits with newer paper-thin cars. I bought this particular kit because it had everything I needed. I had a nasty ding in the truck bed, and I couldn't get to the back side. So, instead of pounding it out, I had to pull it out. I haven't finished it yet, but this kit is surpassing my expectations. A couple of notes: 1. It comes with a cute little glue gun. I didn't use it, because I already had one. 2. While alcohol(not the drinking kind) softens the glue, carb cleaner is magic! 3. I wait five minutes between laying the glue, and pulling. And thinner glue is better. Take it slow. It's only sheet metal. The newer the car, the thinner the metal.

Mostly works โ Definitely worth trying
Positives - This surprised me that it actually works pretty well at least for making large or medium dents smaller - Easy to use using the glue gun - Dents definitely get better Negatives - My package was missing the blue suctions which sucks since I needed them thus -1 Star - While it reduces the dents, it didnโt work well on the smaller dents. I think the slide hammer may not work as well on smaller dents (or I didnโt do it right) - there basically was no instructions so I had to search on YouTube - I have no clue how to use the hammer and tap downs which is probably what would take the smaller dents out Tips - Be careful since the hot glue can obviously burn you. It is easy to do on the small suctions - Start from the edges and move toward the middle - wait a few minutes for the glue to adhere since it pops off easily - it doesnโt come with isopropyl alcohol so donโt forget to buy some ahead of time to take off the glue - watch YouTube videos on PDR ahead of time

Highly Recommended DIY Product!!!!!!!
As of recent, I have been tackling and successfully accomplishing DIY projects in and around the house. When my wife informed me that there were dents in the car I had enough courage and confidence to get the job done myself. I searched the market with the expectation of purchasing something affordable and of good quality. My expectations were met and superseded with the purchase of this item. The steal of the pulley was of high grade and very sturdy as were remainder of pieces. I was confused when sorting through the glue sticks and noticed the glue gun was not included. So Please NOTE: This item did not come with the glue gun. However the box came with a instructional card with steps to easily redeem it. (Looking forward to receiving it and beginning my project) On quality and price point alone I would highly recommend this product to any DIYer.

Good tool to remove the dent prior repaint.
This is a simple tool to remove big dent. My car got a big dent from backing up onto the retaining wall. The dent is at the very rear on the body, it would be a lot of work to remove the inner liner to push the dent out. This tool helped me to pull most of the dent out, so I could use a little body filler to smooth the scratch for repaint. Saved me a lot of time. Pros: Easy for use, a lot of different size of puller tabs, so you could use which ever the size fits. Use multiple tabs could save you time. Cons: 1. Do not pull quick most of the time. The tab will easily come off if pull too hard. Try to gently and slowly pull from the edge of the dent to the center. 2. The diameter of the glue included is too small, does not work for my glue gun, so I need to use my own glue and it does not stick well. Advice: Clean the surface before work and be patient! It will work eventually and save you a lot of sanding work if you need repainting. It should also work even you are not doing painting work. It's cheap, so do not expect perfect job.

Great kit for the average back yard dent guy and then some!
After using my dent lifter for years I realized I would need a slide hammer puller to get some of the harder deeper dents to lift easier without so many attempts at glue pulling with my hand lifter. You get can some real power to lift deeper dents or body line dents with this kit in places where my hand lifter just couldn't go. I love my hand lifter but now that iv'e added this kit to my dent tool collection I feel there isn't any dent that I can't pull. This dent pulling stuff takes practice to get perfect results so make sure you try to practice a bit on an old car or something to get a feel for it. This kit is very complete if your looking for a slide hammer, I also love the small mallet and knock down tool with all the different tips. Really nice kit and a must have in order to keep your car or trucks body in tip top shape. I am super picky about any imperfections in my trucks body and paint. I don't go out looking to get dings or dents but I now know that I have some skills and the right tools to get the job done correctly without making things worse. Practice, Practice, Practice! I've even started making some money on the side using pieces from this kit to remove dents but this does take patients and practice before people start throwing money at you to repair body damage.

It really works
I was very skeptical with this thing working at all, but purchased it nevertheless because what the heck! I followed the instructions and no surprise, the dent did not come off just a little bit. Then, just decided to get my money worth of useless attempts, I used different plates and silicone types (theres a black and a yellow one) and eventually ran into a combination that suprisingly stuck to the bumper material. I pulled really hard and the thing started to pop out but not easilly at all, so I figured since the bumper was plastic, I might help it with a bit of hot air. I don't have a hot air gun, so I picked up the wifey's hair drier, applied it to the dent before pulling and voila! The dent came out and it was left like new. I saved myself a couple hundred dollars right there. Recommended!

Works ok
The glue doesn't hold real well, had to repeat the process a number of times but when it does hold it works great. Must have patience.

heat gun doesn't work, T handle easily broke
unfortunately, i returned the product because, the T handle broke (and i wasn't even using the T handle!), i was using the slide hammer when it broke off. the heat gun does not work either.

OK starter kit if you want to play around and learn PDR
OK product, found the glue to be of low strength, and some pieces are poorly constructed. Some useful pieces, so OK for the price.

Needs better adhesive
Lots of parts, easy to use. Decent instructions. However the supplied hot glue adhesive is, to put it mildly, useless. As soon as the slide hammer is engaged, one rap of the hammer and the glue pulled off. Tried the other glue with the same results. Cleaned and cleaned the surface to improve adhesion and repeated the cycle - same results. So the end result was no dents pulled out.
