Gun Gum Wide Metal Repair Bandage

A good piece of kit for a solid repair. However, if your exhaust is corroded, it is only a temporary repair. I had already used the exhaust putty in several places which had lasted well and the bandage repaired a bigger hole. Within a few weeks, my exhaust fell off due to corrosion in other areas

Good tough open sleeve and the clip has two places to grip which the screw tightens very well. Ideally, you do need some exhaust paste to properly complete the repair, but once done it's permanent.

A good product to get you out of difficulty well made , okay to put it on yourself if you have some sort of DIY skills it can be a little bit awkward too, as I feel the length of the strap is a little bit short it could be a few inches longer and it would make life a lot easier for most people applying it to normal exhausts , you also need the paste so you can properly seal the exhaust but would highly recommend as a new exhaust will cost you a substantial amount more

Slight hole in my exhaust pipe this patched it perfectly. Really easy to install need to go under the car so more suitable for capable DIY type people. Even passed an MOT last month so good going 😁

I have used this before and worked perfect and even passed mot with it I reordered the same bandage again for the same car but when this one arrived it was to short so had to return for a refund ??

I used it to join a rotten exhaust helped for a good time but it’s just getting worse now think time to bite the bullet
