Will never be without one.
Found this knife in a Japnese knife shop 15 years ago and CANT be without it now. I've moved a thousand times and when I lose one I always replace it right away. I also give them as stocking stuffers and little gifts at Christmas. They are SO SHARP and versatile, also lightweight, and just perfect all around. I will never let these go! Everyone knows this is my little treasure knife and if they are lucky I will gift them one. Enjoy!

A true Japanese knife, made in Seki-City, Japan.
This is one of the best values in cutlery. Actually made in Seki-City, Japan, an area with over 700 years of knife making experience. This is razor sharp out of the box, it has a nice (very plain, no frills here) handle and saya (sheath). We love it for cutting tomatoes, fruit, etc. For the price you pay, it is worth every penny.

Great for the price
In my opinion, there is no need for scrutiny. This little knife is great for the price. I use it to eat lunch. Great for cutting and spreading sauce, condiments, etc. If I were processing food I bulk for a prolonged period of time then obviously this is not the proper tool. Is it really from seki? Maybe. Is it a refined work of craftsmanship? No. Does it do what I need it to for a great price? Yes. Get you one and try it

Great little fruit knife
The knife is very light and very sharp. the sheath is good quality and fits the knife perfect. I use it for anything from avocados to tomatoes and spreading mayo. Great for camping or just to pack with your lunch.

Great looking and performing quality utility kitchen knife
This is one of my favorite kitchen knives. It replaced one that I had purchased more than 20 years ago. Made in Japan, it is of better quality than the one I had previously. Thin blade, sharp, and snug fitting wooden blade cover. Great all-around utility kitchen knife.
