I was looking for a good quality kitchen knives to replace my old ones that didn't cut or chop very well (and maybe never did!) I didn't need a huge knife with heavy handle or tearing aparts rivets.I purchased Sincise Chef Knife with an exytraordinary gift box,sharpener and finger protection.So many bonuses at such a good price!This Chef's knife is made from Japanese forged steel,one piece,integrated handle and blade!The blade is VERY sharp and comes with a sharpener,2 stages.This knife is beautifully balanced and extremely lightweight!I love it!So easy to use!!!The packaging is amazing…!Like others, I felt a little nervous untill I used it!Now,I need to tell everybody about Sincise Knives!!

At first I was a little reluctant to purchase this Chef Knife because of the handle design but I liked the looks of it so I decided to give it a try.I am very glad I did!The handle is surprisingly (to me) very comfortable to hold and gives very good control. It is very sharp out of the box and the fit and finish of the handle is excellent!!!I use this knife for a 10 days, up to this point I haven't noticed any need for sharpening or honing.It is well designed,one piece forged and it is is extremely lightweight.Great knife for a chef knife!

Sincise has set the bar high from start. When you receive this knife it comes in its own special box and when you open it you will find a 2 stage sharpener, a finger protector and peak protection. I was very pleased when I opened the box as to the presentation of this knife what I really wanted to know is how it would hold up to cutting various items. And I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. This knife is extremely sharp and very lightweight, perfectly balanced. I love it so much that I have checked into their brand again. Bottom line....if you want a great knife that cuts things like they were butter and looks good too then get a Sincise knife. You will not regret it.

I bought this knife because I wanted one that would easily chop/slice vegetables. Your video was very convincing but the knife I received did not chop/slice like your video shows so i’m sending it back—sorry

The knife came packed in a very nice case along with a sharpener. However, there was a very slight bend in the last quarter inch of the tip of the blade. It doesn't interfere with the use of the knife, but it was a little disappointing. Given the inexpensive price of the knife, I'm overlooking it, but I wouldn't order another one.

I recieved this knife today and used it at work, let me start off by saying the price is just a plus and has nothing to do with the quality. I'm an assistant chef and am use to prep work with vegetables and meats of all sorts. That being said, the attention to detail that goes into this knife is astounding and frankly I'm surprised this company isn't more known for it. I almost spent 300+ on a knife but went on a limb and bought this instead and I'm glad I did. Not just because of the huge price difference but also because I dont think I would have been as satisfied. Out of the box it is sharp but just wait until you sharpen it yourself, it cuts through anything like butter. Very satisfied and will probably replace all the blades in my kitchen with these.

Do not buy this knife. It stared to rust after first use and hand wash. It was not sharp, the weight is too light, the handle felt hollow and does not have a good balance. I was already considering returning but now with the rust I am certainly returning.

Love this knife! Right out of the box it sliced easily through a very green, far from ripe pear. I haven't used the sharpener yet, but the shield is especially nice; I chopped a bell pepper quickly and with ease. Just one thing, although, the handle fits my small hands perfectly I wish it was a little heavier. Other than that I think it's a very attractive and exceptional chef's knife for the price. Adding the two additional convenient accessories makes it even better.

Beautifully presented and professional looking, and using the included sharpener, it’s a super sharp knife! I have no need for the included ‘finger guard’, but it’s a nice touch, and would be good for beginners to using very sharp knives. The blade is surprisingly light! It has a very minimalistic look and feel to it. Makes a nice addition to my kitchen!

Use for large vegetables and it goes through like butter.Also for meat.Its a brilliant knife
