Well Made and Functional
I am very pleased with my purchase of this Front Squat harness. I like the compact design.You still must use your core and good posture... this device allows you to keep the bar stableand avoid sliding when using conventional methods! Believe me, yours truly is an "old school"advocate for functional fitness and basic compound movements. This device is compatible forfolks like me. Good, could be better
Shoulder padding could be better. Some females will even find this rig comfortable. Slides down if loading from the ground. Fixed this issue with a duct tape strap across the back. Solid construction.

No pain more gain
If squats are to painful from shoulder impingement or other mobility issues this harness works great. Very stable and well made.

well made, but not comfortable
This product is very well made, its a shame it is not more comfortable. The bottom part really pushes into the upper stomach area at the bottom of the squat. If it curved at the bottom away from the body, I think it would feel alot better.
